If you’re a cargo owner, you can make a claim for lost or damaged cargo covered by a Vero marine cargo policy. You can do that whether you are directly insured with Vero, or if you’ve bought or sold goods with someone who is insured with us.

If you’re a cargo owner and your cargo is located overseas, you’ll need to appoint a claims agent for prompt, independent evaluation of the damage.
