Welcome to Vero Roadside Assistance
More than just a breakdown service, Vero Roadside Assistance is your essential partner on the road—there to help you stay safe and get moving again.
The service is available 24 hours a day anywhere within the North or South Islands of New Zealand, and there’s no limit to the number of call-outs you can make in a year. What’s more, because the roadside assistance cover applies to the vehicle and not you personally, anyone who drives the vehicle is covered.

Accident, Theft or Break-In
We’ll get your vehicle to an approved repairer and help get you home.
Breakdown
Get roadside diagnosis and emergency repairs, if unfixable we’ll transport your vehicle to nearest repairer or safe location.
After-Hours Recovery
If your vehicle breaks down after hours, we’ll transport and store it safely overnight, and deliver it to an approved repairer the next business day.
Flat or Faulty Batteries
Let us jump-start your vehicle, so you can get going.
Bogged Vehicles
Free towing from public roads if no special equipment is needed.
Lost Keys & Lockout
If you get locked out, we’ll get back in your vehicle.
Fuel
If you run out of fuel, we’ll deliver up to $30 worth of fuel to you to get you going again.
Wheels & Tyres
Leave it to one of the team to change your tyre quickly and safely.
