Our simple marine liability claims process steps:
You should follow this process if you are insured with a Vero Marine legal liability insurance policy; or insured under the 'third party legal liability' section of another Vero marine policy.
We’ll review the details of your claim against your policy to see how we can help. If there are any issues, we’ll call you to talk through them, to discuss your options, and to let you know what you need to do next.
After we’ve reviewed the details of your claim against your policy, we might ask you for more information before we settle the claim. We’ll let you know what documentation we need. If your claim is accepted, we’ll ask you for your bank account details so we can settle your claim by bank transfer.
Hopefully the most stressful part is now over. Using the information you provide to us, we’ll work hard to put things right as fast as we can. We’ll be in touch so you know what’s happening at every step of the way.
