S.M.A.R.T Repairs

S.M.A.R.T repairs could be the ideal solution if you need to fix small dents or low impact damage to your car. 

S.M.A.R.T shops use advanced technology to perform high quality car repairs faster – turnaround times range from 1 to 4 days as long as parts are available. Best of all you’ll be given a JUCY or Honda loan car to borrow while they work on yours.

Vero guarantees all S.M.A.R.T repairs for as long as you own your car. 

All S.M.A.R.T Repair bookings must be made by contacting our claims team.

Windscreen Repairs

Our windscreen specialists can fix a chip or a full-blown break on the spot (if the glass is in stock). It’s easy too, there is no claim form and they’ll take care of the glass and the claim process for you.

If you need replacement glass you can pay your excess directly to them. An excess only applies on replacement glass claims, all glass repairs are excess free if you have Comprehensive cover. And even better, no glass claim will affect your no claims discount.

If you have selected the Excess-free windscreen and window glass optional benefit, no excess will apply to replacement or repair glass claims.
