Holiday Hours

Over the holiday period, the Vero offices will be closed from Monday, 20 December and will be back to regular operating hours on Monday, 10 January. During this time, rest assured we will be staffed appropriately to action your queries or help customers as our Consumer Insurance Sales & Service, Regional Support and Claims teams will still be working.
For ease of reference, our holiday hours are as follows:

Regional Support (Commercial & Rural) |
Our Regional Support teams will be available throughout from Monday to Friday, 08.30 am to 5.00 pm until 17 Dec with significant cover through to 24 Dec and then reduced cover delivered through a dedicated team until 10 Jan. Regional Business Development Manager coverage throughout. |
Consumer Insurance Sales & Service |
10.00am to 3.30pm (phone hours): 13 Dec until 07 Jan *To reduce your time on hold, our new call back feature will hold your place in the queue with one of our team members ringing you back. |
The only exception to the above will be the normal statutory holiday days, during which we will be fully closed.
