What we might need from you
To process your refund, we may ask for:
Confirmation of your contact details
Your bank account details
Your security matters to us. We’ll never ask you to share any passwords or PIN numbers. The collection and retention of your bank account details is for refund purposes only.
Once everything’s confirmed, your refund will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 7-10 business days. It will appear as a refund from Vero Insurance, with your policy number as the reference.
