Vero Insurance has been awarded Intermediated Insurance Company of the Year at the eighth annual ANZIIF NZ Insurance Industry Awards 2019, held last night in Auckland.
The award recognises Vero’s strong performance and outstanding service to its customers and intermediaries.
CEO Paul Smeaton said he was delighted to see Vero take home the award.
“The award reflects the exceptional customer focus of our team, and Vero’s commitment to being there for customers in the moments that matter,” he said.
Smeaton noted that it was pleasing to receive industry recognition of Vero’s consistent focus on elevating its customers. He also acknowledged the contribution of the brokers and partners Vero worked with.
“Vero’s work is very much a team effort, and we want to thank our valued broker and corporate partners for their continued hard work and dedication to providing outstanding customer service, and the major role they play in us receiving this recognition.”
