Please read the following statement out to the customer
I'd like to help you make an informed decision about whether or not to enter into the contract for ANZ Asset Protector insurance.
ANZ Asset Protector Home Insurance provides cover in the event of accidental loss or damage to your home, up to the amount you've insured your home for, subject to policy terms and conditions.
In particular, it's important to read the overall exclusions on pages 84-86 that apply to the whole policy and your responsibilities, policy conditions, and other important information on pages 90-98. The information in these sections includes cancellation details, the responsibilities you have under the policy, and what’s not covered by your policy.
In addition to the overall exclusions, you can find other exclusions specific to the Asset Protector Home insurance policy on pages 20-23. For example, there’s no cover for loss or damage caused by wear and tear.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. So if you're not happy with your policy for any reason, you can cancel it within 30 days of the start date and if you haven't made a claim, we'll give you a refund of any premium paid.
Do you accept the premium and are you happy to go ahead with the insurance?
