If you have an AMP or ANZ policy provided by Vero:

If you do not require emergency repairs or accommodation, please use our online claim form to lodge your claim. This may be a faster way for you to let us know about your claim, as due to the severe weather events, we are currently experiencing high call volumes.

Lodging your claim using our online form will notify us to help you. Please be assured we will get in touch as soon as we can with a claim number. Currently we are asking for all our customers to have some patience with us, as it may take us up to seven working days to get back to you.

To complete the form, you will need:

  • the name of the insured as shown on the policy schedule
  • details of the event and what you’re claiming for
  • your customer number or policy number ready - it’s helpful to have this , but not essential.
