Policy documents centre
From time to time we update our policy wordings. In our Policy Document Centre you can find current policy wordings, as well as any older policy wordings your customers may still be using, and summaries of any changes.
If one of your customers needs to make a claim, we’re here to help 24/7. You can lodge a claim for your customer online, or by calling us, emailing us or completing one of our claims forms.

If your customer has an earthquake or natural disaster claim, make sure they also lodge their claim with EQC within three months of the date of the event. EQC claims can be made over the phone on 0800 326 423, or online here.
