"Bull in a china shop" advertisement
In September 2007, Vero's animal superstar returned to the New Zealand public, gracing billboards, buses and bus shelters in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch as well as magazines across the country with scenes from his further misadventures.
Not content with his visit to a China shop and romantic excursions with Daisy the Cow, Sensation is still up to all kinds of mischief in other everyday situations. The print and press ads show our hero highlighting Vero's strength in the all-important delivery of claims service.
Auckland Broker Branch Mid-Winter Warmer 2008
Vero's Auckland Broker Branch hosted a mid-winter warmer on July 24th at Auckland Viaduct's Floating Pavilion. All branch customers were treated to an evening of entertainment, food and drinks. Event photos
Suncorp Board Function, July 2008
Suncorp CEO John Mulcahy and members of the Suncorp board chose Auckland as the location for their July board meeting. During their three days in New Zealand, they also took some time out to meet with Vero's suppliers and intermediaries. A wide selection of New Zealand-based Suncorp customers were invited to a customer function on July 29th at the Westin hotel. Brokers, advisers, accountants, lawyers and loss adjusters were among the many guests of Vero New Zealand, Suncorp Wealth Management and AA Insurance. Event photos
National Agency Branch Jazzy Mid-Winter Warmer 2008
The National Agency Branch team held a jazzy mid-winter warmer function at Auckland's Bluestone Room on August 7th. In keeping with the venue, a "Blues Brothers Band" entertained intermediaries from AMP and Vero together with members of the Vero Executive. The night was a celebration of a challenging and successful year, together with Vero's vision of a Golden Path for the future.
IBANZ Conference 2008
The 2008 IBANZ Propel Conference took place in Queenstown from August 21-23 2008. Brokers attending the conference enjoyed a 'Slice of Heaven' courtesy of Vero. A night of celestial treats and cloudlike comforts on the opening night of Propel 2008 featured an appearance by Kiwi music icon Dave Dobbyn for a truly divine experience. Event photos.
